This piece is inspired by the owl I hear every night but never get to see where he flies to. Most of the time I hear him but not quite find where the horned owl nest is. I created this piece thinking this must be how he looks. The great horned owl, also known as the tiger owl, the winged tiger, tiger of the air, or the hoot owl, is a large owl native to the Americas.
